Greg Larson

Greg Larson is a Director of Larson Falconer Hassan Parsee Inc. and has over 40 years of experience of practising law.

Career
Greg was admitted as an attorney, conveyancer and notary public in 1979, of the High Court of South Africa. Greg has been a practicing director of Larson Falconer Incorporated since its inception in 1994.

Education
Greg was educated at Kearsney College and the University of KwaZulu-Natal, Pietermaritzburg, where he graduated with a B. Proc degree.

Experience

• Specialising in residential/commercial sectional title developments and resort development.


• The registration of other instruments such as general plans in respect of township developments, subdivisions, certificates of consolidated and registered title.


• Property due diligence reports and advising clients in respect of property commercial and loan agreements.


• Advises for banks, private, public and offshore companies, trusts and other entities.


• All Notarial practice matters including, notarial deeds and Antenuptial contracts.


• Experience in mergers and acquisitions.


• General corporate / commercial law matters.


• J.S.E. listings, Property Units and general.


• Director of companies.
